Double-Sided Wakefield Castrol Motoroil Original Enamel Sign

Old original Wakefield Castrol Motoroil double-sided enamel sign with some rust and poor restoration. No shine on patina but a good "mancave" starter sign. This sign has a real weathered look for it's old age.

The Wakefield Motor oil "Castrol" brand was first registered by Charles Wakefield in 1909 in London. In 1960 saw the name of Wakefield Castrol Motor Oil change to the "Castrol Ltd" brand and in 1966 Castrol Ltd was purchased by the Burmah Oil Company.
