The Old Calabar Dog Biscuit and Food Company Co Ltd, 28 Chapel Street, Liverpool, UK made animal food for dogs and poultry and as their advertising states "with meat and vegetables" in the late 1800's.
This sign is yellow and black in colour with the blemishes, rust, scratches, holes that one would expect from an old sign. It still presents well and this particular yellow version is not seen very often. No restoration work has been done on this sign and it is a great addition for the agricultural/animal sign collector.
